CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE CLIENTS ARE NOT ENTITLED REFUNDS IF CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HRS OF SERVICE TIME EVEN.IF A CLIENT BOOKS AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY OF SERVICE AND CANCELS THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
